G.I. Builders was established in 1984.

We started with small contracts and our work load has increased steadily over the years.
Although most of our contracts are for private clients, we have some commercial clients namely P & O Ferries at Fleetwood and several council's for whom we carry out contracts through Individual homeowners. These being Wyre Borough Council, Blackpool Borough Council and Lancaster City Council.

We undertake all aspects of construction including, extensions,roof lifts, refurbishments and damproofing.
